Production Team Member

The key role in our production department involves the assembly and integration of laser components and systems. This position reports directly to the Manufacturing Supervisor and requires close collaboration with the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Pursue electronic, mechanical, and optical assembly tasks
  • Operate test equipment for quality control purposes
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times
  • Adhere to safe working procedures
Requirements for Success:
  • Ability to read and comprehend written procedures and diagrams
  • Exceptional attention to detail with manual dexterity skills
  • Recent experience in production or machinery operation
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to pass a Mechanical Aptitude Test
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
