At Inchcape, we are seeking an experienced Senior Legal & Compliance Counsel to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will play a key role in delivering legal and compliance support across our distribution businesses.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your commercial law expertise and provide practical, strategic legal guidance across a range of matters. Your responsibilities will include providing timely and commercially astute legal and compliance advice, advising on corporate, competition, consumer, and privacy laws, and working closely with our General Counsel & Company Secretary on M&A activities and other key legal matters.

About You

We are looking for an exceptional candidate with extensive experience in a well-respected law firm and in-house legal team, strong commercial law experience, and demonstrated expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts. You should have a proven ability to manage litigation and oversee external legal counsel, as well as experience in supervising junior staff and fostering talent within legal teams.
