Technical Account Manager

This role is a key position in the Sales and Customer Success team. The successful candidate will work closely with multiple teams to streamline client onboarding and user workflow experience.

About the Role:

  • Client Onboarding: The Technical Account Manager will be responsible for onboarding clients with their SSO integration, providing technical support to clients, documenting all SSO workflows for clients, and training our Sales and Success Team (Enterprise and Education) on SSO use case scenarios.
  • Customer Advocacy and Feedback: The role involves advocating for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders to help them achieve their goals, and grow revenue and usage.

Responsibilities:

  • Adoption and Success Management - Support customers gain value from the product/service.
  • Customer Advocacy and Feedback - Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams.
  • Relationship Building - Maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Problem Solving - Identifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems.
  • Learning Agility - Identifies and applies strategies to enhance reception, retention, and use of newly acquired information, skills, and abilities.
  • Collaboration - Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals.

Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 per year.
