We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Generalist HR Specialist who has a strong understanding of Australian employment law and HR principles. You will have a proven track record of providing expert HR advice and guidance to management, as well as developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders. You will also have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address HR-related issues and concerns.
