About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Partner to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in empowering our workforce and leaders for success through strategic partnership and innovative People solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align People initiatives with business objectives, including workforce planning
  • Support leaders and employees to enable their growth and development through performance, talent management, and learning opportunities
  • Provide advice on the development, interpretation, and application of policies and procedures, resolving queries and issues, ensuring full compliance
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships across the people team and their stakeholder groups and provide high-quality professional services
  • Manage People Data and Employee Relations case management and investigations processes
About You

We are looking for someone with several years' experience in generalist human resources roles with a strong capability as a partner and advisor. You will have knowledge and experience in employee relations and legal landscape, and demonstrated experience in a large and complex organisation with defined processes and policies that govern work practices and procedures.

You will be system savvy (enterprise HRIS) and enjoy flexibility and a hybrid working environment.
