About YouTo succeed, you'll need:• At least 2 years of management experience• Proven business acumen, operational planning, and innovative thinking• Strong networking and relationship-building skills• Effective leadership and interpersonal skills• A genuine passion for community development and alignment with our mission and values• Ability to obtain necessary checks (Working With Children Check and National Police Check)
