We're seeking an experienced leader to drive AWS adoption in Australia and New Zealand. This role involves providing guidance and leadership to a team of Solutions Architects, developing strategic relationships with key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the ANZ Solutions Architecture team
  • Develop long-term strategic partnerships with key clients
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Hire, train, and develop new Solution Architects from internal and external sources
  • Cultivate skills needed for training sessions within the team
  • Educate public sector customers on the value proposition of AWS
  • Guide the development of whitepapers, data sheets, and customer-facing content
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and support
About the Team:

We're looking for a seasoned technical manager who can lead, coach, grow, and partner with technically skilled Solution Architects. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of management experience and a strong background in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking.

  • Experience in cloud migration, transformation, or modernization
