Regional Security Director

We are seeking an experienced Regional Security Director to assist our security advisory, crisis management, intelligence analysis, and incident response services for clients. This role is based in Sydney and requires a trusted risk advisor who can provide close assistance to a wide range of organisations.

About the Role
  • This senior security expert will be the partner to our ANZ commercial team.
  • The successful candidate will engage directly with clients to deliver intelligence analysis, country risk and crisis management & response services to help them prepare for and respond to global risks.
  • They will support our commercial teams to articulate our capabilities and services during new business opportunities.
  • The Regional Security Director will represent us at industry forums, speak to media and speak at various risk events.
About You
  • A degree in areas such as security, risk management, international relations, politics, law enforcement, or disaster management would be highly regarded.
  • The ideal candidate will have 10 – 15 years of experience in intelligence analysis, risk management or client advisory services, in government, national security, corporate or NGO environments.
  • A high level of interest in global affairs, geopolitics and country and travel risk is essential.
  • They must have proven abilities to engage with client stakeholders, including presenting and briefing in written and verbal forms.
  • Confidence working across cultures and communicating internally and externally to senior and junior stakeholders is also required.
  • A background in international environments – through their work or previous assignments – would be advantageous.
  • A high level of fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
