Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality clinical support and coordinate services for clients within their own homes
  • Conduct regular supervision visits, highlighting areas for coaching or training as needed
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure effective communication with key stakeholders, including families, GPs, and Allied Health professionals

Requirements

  • Current AHPRA registration

  • A valid NSW driving license and flexibility to travel across Sydney's Inner Suburbs
