Clinical Director Support Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director Support Officer to join our mental health services team in Northern Sydney.
The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the Clinical Director, contributing to quality patient care. This role involves providing comprehensive executive assistance, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating communications.
You will also create and maintain medical rosters with accuracy and attention to detail, facilitate efficient office operations within the mental health service, and provide administrative support to medical staff and other staff in the service.
