
Spiritual Leader for Women's Support Services

We are seeking a compassionate and spiritually grounded individual to serve as a Chaplain at our organization. In this role, you will provide emotional and spiritual support to women experiencing family violence.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be responsible for providing pastoral care and support to women and children housed at and transitioning out of our Family Violence Centre.
You will also have the opportunity to provide spiritual support to staff members and ensure the provision of support to program leadership in areas of faith, religion, grief & bereavement, interpersonal relationships, ethics and morale.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
- Diploma of Chaplaincy (mandatory)
- Positive Lifestyle Program (PLP) Facilitator training
- Training in Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE)
- Relevant qualifications in theological studies
