The role of Store Experience Manager involves leading teams in delivering global store campaigns, enabling retail and visual merchandising teams to deliver a cohesive brand vision and elevate stores.
This requires close collaboration with creative, marketing, and visual merchandising teams to bring 3D and experiential ideas to life. The Store Experience Manager will also review store operations and processes, seeking feedback from retail teams to ensure they have the necessary resources to trade effectively and create an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities- A relevant degree or qualification in a field such as visual merchandising, design, or spatial design.
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and present to leadership teams using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and collaboratively.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to foresee opportunities.
