Job Description

We are seeking a creative and strategic leader to join our team as a Store Experience Manager. This role will involve leading your team to deliver innovative global store campaigns, enabling the retail and visual merchandising teams to deliver a cohesive brand vision and elevate stores.

Working closely with the Creative, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising teams, you will bring ideas to life with 3D and experiential concepts that support and elevate our product range each month – taking our stores and customer experience to the next level.

Requirements

Relevant degree/qualification or experience in a relevant field such as Visual Merchandising, Creative/Design, Spatial or Retail Design.

  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and present to leadership teams using Adobe Suite; Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organisation, planning, and time management skills, to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a concise and collaborative way.
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to foresee opportunities.
  • Leadership mindset and ability to lead a team.
