About the Fleet

The New Intercity Fleet (NIF) is a project that involves designing, building, and maintaining 554 train carriages for NSW Transport. The fleet will carry customers from Sydney to various destinations including the Central Coast, Newcastle, the South Coast, the Blue Mountains, and Lithgow.

The NIF facility features multiple roads with a wash plant, wheel lathe, and an undercover maintenance area.


About the Role

We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to support the increased maintenance activity on our fleet. These positions will be offered as rotating rosters with an average of 38 hours per week.

These roles require Mechanical or Electrical trade qualifications. Forklift or overhead crane licenses are desirable but not necessary.

Paid under a relevant Enterprise Agreement on a base hourly rate $45 per hour.

Based at our maintenance facility on the NSW Central Coast.
