Job Opportunity

The New Intercity Fleet project involves designing, building and maintaining 554 train carriages for Transport NSW.

The maintenance team at our facility on the Central Coast is expanding, and we are seeking Rolling Stock Maintainers to support increased maintenance activity.

As a Mechanical Tradesperson, you will be responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance tasks in a workshop environment. You will work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on ensuring a safe work environment and practices.

  • Australian recognised trade qualification - Mechanical or Electrical
  • Forklift or overhead crane license is desirable but not essential
  • Preventative and corrective maintenance
  • Experience working in a workshop environment
  • Reliable & punctual
  • Commitment to a safe work environment and practices

Key Requirements:

  • Trade qualification in Mechanical or Electrical
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
