Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of inventory processes for hospitality outlets, ensuring consistency and accuracy in tracking transfers, wastage, and sales
  • Analysis of inventory variances to identify discrepancies and escalate as necessary
  • Implementation of cost control strategies aligned with financial and operational objectives
  • Advisory role on stock and cost control to support pricing and efficiency initiatives
  • Monitoring of food and beverage cost trends through regular reports and collaboration with management to maintain controls

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in F&B cost control, inventory, and financial reporting
  • Strong understanding of the impact of cost control on margins and profitability
  • Skill in identifying and resolving stock discrepancies
  • Proficiency in inventory systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
