Job Title

Sales and Project Coordinator - Architectural Design Role

As a Sales and Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in our company's growth story. This is an exciting opportunity to join our close-knit team and contribute to projects seen across the world.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for architects and designers, building real relationships and driving early-stage project engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively follow up with inbound contact leads and turn them into live project opportunities.
  • Guide architects and specifiers as they design with our products.
  • Track every interaction, follow through, and keep information up to date in our CRM.
  • Develop hands-on knowledge of our award-winning systems and how they're used around the world.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • Confidence in speaking with people—especially over the phone.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • CRM and admin skills (HubSpot/Salesforce experience a plus).
  • A genuine interest in architecture, design, or construction (or eagerness to learn).
