Our Opportunity
Work Environment: Fortescue's operations are located on the traditional lands of the Kariyarra people.
Roster: 4D/3R - FIFO ex Perth or Residential
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive rail training programs
- Deliver enterprise and accredited on-site training to rail operations teams
- Review and update processes and procedures, develop, validate, and moderate Training Assessment Strategies (TAS), assessments, and learning/resource materials
- Conduct audits and safety processes as required
- Provide hands-on support through face-to-face classes and Verification of Competency (VOC) assessments
Qualifications and Experience
- Certificate IV in Train Driving (Highly desirable)
- Background in rail operations with a focus on competencies within the industry
- TAE40116 or TAE40120 Certificate IV Training and Assessment
- Experience in developing and delivering accredited training and conducting operations in accordance with the ASQA/TAC/RTO framework
- Experience working for an RTO or having RTO experience (Highly desirable)
