About the Role
Belgravia Leisure is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Fitness Professional to join our team at Genesis Fitness in Port Macquarie. As a Personal Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality personal training services to our members, providing a supportive and motivating environment to help them achieve their fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized fitness programs to members, taking into account their individual needs and goals.
- Conduct fitness assessments and create customized training plans to help members achieve their desired outcomes.
- Provide ongoing support and motivation to members, helping them to stay on track with their fitness goals.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of current health and fitness procedures and practices.
- Collaborate with other fitness professionals to ensure a high-quality and consistent service is delivered to members.
Requirements
- Minimum Cert IV in Personal Training.
- Current fitness registration with Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia.
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate.
- Current CPR Certificate.
- Valid Working With Children Check.
- Agree to undergo police check as part of the employment process.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members and colleagues.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential.
