Electrical Installation Specialist

At Winning Appliances, we're seeking a skilled Electrical Installation Specialist to join our team. As an Installer - Electrician, you'll be responsible for delivering and installing appliances, including electrical connections and wiring, at customers' premises.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety, service, cost, and teamwork, and will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Installing new kitchen appliances
  • Maintaining accurate inventory
  • Ensuring loading precision
  • Handling returns appropriately
  • Fostering positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Keeping loading areas clean and free of debris
  • Upholding high standards
  • Minimising customer damage and task rescheduling
  • Promptly reporting incidents, injuries, and hazards to the Transport Manager
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and WH&S policies
  • Safely handling appliance delivery/installation
  • Fulfilling additional ad hoc duties as required

Requirements include:

  • Certified Licence
  • Maintaining a clean driving record without any traffic convictions
  • Exhibiting a strong work ethic focused on providing excellent customer service
  • Prioritising safety, with extensive knowledge and experience in safe manual handling
  • Maintaining a professional and composed demeanor while working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Paying high attention to detail
  • Demonstrating effective problem-solving skills
  • Possessing excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Preferred, but not essential: Experience working with appliances, furniture, or large bulky items
