Job Title: Installer - Electrician

At Winning Appliances, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Installer - Electrician to join our team. As an Installer - Electrician, you will be responsible for delivering and installing appliances, including electrical connections and wiring, bench cutting, and other general modifications at customers' premises in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install new kitchen appliances and ensure they are safely connected and functioning correctly.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and ensure that all necessary tools and equipment are available for each installation.
  • Ensure loading precision and handle returns appropriately to minimize customer damage and task rescheduling.
  • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Keep loading areas clean and free of debris, and uphold high standards of professionalism and safety.
  • Promptly report incidents, injuries, and hazards to the Transport Manager and ensure compliance with safety regulations and WH&S policies.
  • Safely handle appliance delivery/installation and fulfill additional ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Certified License to practice as an electrician.
  • Maintain a clean driving record without any traffic convictions.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic focused on providing excellent customer service, with demonstrated customer experience.
  • Prioritize safety, with extensive knowledge and experience in safe manual handling.
  • Maintain a professional and composed demeanor while working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Preferred, but not essential: Experience working with appliances, furniture, or large bulky items.
