About the Role

This is a leadership opportunity to oversee lifestyle programs and activities designed to enhance the quality of life for our residents. As a Supported Lifestyle Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging experiences that cater to their diverse interests and needs.

  • Lifestyle Program Development: Create and manage a range of programs that promote social interaction, mental stimulation, and physical activity among residents.
  • Community Building: Foster a sense of community by organizing events, outings and activities that encourage residents to connect with each other and with staff.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with colleagues across various departments to ensure seamless delivery of lifestyle services and maintain open communication channels with residents, families and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
