    • Essential qualifications include current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, CPR certification, driver's license, experience in aged care or similar clinical settings, excellent communication, clinical judgment, and team leadership skills, competency in electronic documentation and Microsoft Office suite, and full working rights.">
