Travel Shutdown Coordinator Job

This is a challenging and dynamic opportunity for a skilled individual to support the smooth delivery of shutdowns by managing travel logistics across various sites.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage mobilisation logistics for shutdown crews, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Provide onsite support to planning teams during shutdowns as required, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Arrange commercial and domestic flights and accommodation, considering factors such as availability, budget, and customer preferences.
  • Respond to travel-related queries and provide timely support, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external contractors, building strong relationships and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Maintain accurate records, ensuring data quality and consistency, and providing valuable insights for future improvement.
