About Your New Role

You will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional care and innovative strategies to help customers overcome daily challenges and reach their full potential.

Each day will be unique, but shifts may include assistance with personal care, household duties, cooking and medication management. Above all, you will provide companionship and build meaningful, caring relationships.

About You
  • You excel in complex support environments, including In-Home Supports, Supported Independent Living, Clinical Settings, and Community Access.
  • You have experience in manual handling and providing personal care including bathing, toileting and dressing.
  • You maintain effective communication and strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • You have extensive experience working with complex support needs, implementing Positive Behavioural Support Plans, and handling mental health challenges.
  • You can prioritise workloads and respond to emergent situations with ease.
  • You are flexible and can work across various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and overnights.
Your Qualifications and Experience
  • You need a current Open Driver's Licence.
  • You require a Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • You must have 1 year experience in the Disability Sector providing services to individuals with high-complex needs.
