Job Opportunity: Support Youth

The right candidate will have a passion for human rights and creating positive change, with excellent communication skills to be the voice that resonates with others. A Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care) or equivalent, along with relevant regulatory requirements, is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build meaningful connections with youth through mentorship and guidance.
  • Develop and implement engaging programs that foster personal growth.
  • Provide emotional support and a listening ear to help young people navigate challenges.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Utilise your personal experience to inspire and connect with young individuals.
