Claims Coordinator Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our insurer clients in Australia. As a Claims Coordinator, you will be accountable for providing building scoping, validation of charges, and assessing the overall viability of projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Triage and allocate service requests to our national specialist network.
  • Validate scope, including cost check, methodology auditing, and overall job relevance.
  • Manage relationships with builders, insurers, insurance assessors, building estimators, and all other relevant stakeholders involved in a building project.
  • Meet and exceed internal validation or project management KPI's, including but not limited to productivity, quality, and accuracy.
  • Communicate with our clients to keep them updated on service progress.
  • Ensure quality and cost assurance reviews for all building requests.
  • Work with the team manager to maintain network performance and capacity.
