Career Summary

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring technical accounting compliance for the Company's financial transactions in accordance with U.S. GAAP.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Oversee the company's global lease accounting program in compliance with ASC 842, including preparing journal entries, coordinating entries for global subsidiaries, and ensuring key controls are operating effectively.
  • Assist with preparing financial statements and footnotes for SEC filings (annual 10-K and quarter 10-Qs) and Non-GAAP exhibits for the press release.
  • Assist with coordinating and supporting the annual financial audit and quarterly reviews performed by the external auditors.
  • Assist general ledger team with month-end close, including reviewing subsidiary results, intercompany invoicing, and reconciling intercompany balances.
  • Prepare monthly account reconciliations and resolve variances in a timely manner.
  • Perform testing for the company's Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) internal control compliance program.
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests, such as researching new technical guidance and completing government census reports.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • CPA with experience in large public accounting firm is preferred.
  • 2+ years professional experience in accounting is required.
