About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Aerospace Maintenance Professional to join our team in Edinburgh, working on the cutting-edge MC-55A Peregrine aircraft.

As an Aerospace Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing maintenance activities, troubleshooting advanced systems, and rectifying issues with the aircraft and its modifications. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the airworthiness of the aircraft and supporting operational units.

About You

To succeed in this position, you must have excellent stakeholder engagement and expectation management skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication abilities.

You will work autonomously and collaboratively with military personnel to achieve project goals and tight deadlines. Additionally, you must be adaptable and comfortable working in a continuous improvement environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Cert IV Aeroskills (Mechanical) or equivalent issued by a Registered Training Organisation
  • High-Level aviation airworthiness regulatory knowledge and its applicability in the relevant environment
  • Understanding of relevant aircraft maintenance documentation and practices
  • Knowledge of and experience using Interactive Electronic Technical Publications
  • Ability to obtain a B level Military Aircraft Maintenance License
  • High-level communication skills, both verbal and written
