We are seeking a skilled and organized Training Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating training programs, events, and activities that support the growth and development of our staff.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role- Coordinate training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation;
- Develop and implement effective training strategies to meet business needs;
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver high-quality training content;
- Maintain accurate records and reports on training activities and participant feedback;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Basic knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
