Training Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and organized Training Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating training programs, events, and activities that support the growth and development of our staff.

About the Role
  • Coordinate training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation;
  • Develop and implement effective training strategies to meet business needs;
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver high-quality training content;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on training activities and participant feedback;
