We are a leading provider of financial management services, seeking an experienced Financial Governance Specialist to join our team in Bunbury.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum
About the Role
This is a permanent placement opportunity for a qualified professional with expertise in financial governance and compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our business operations meet all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, FBT, GST, Income Tax, and other relevant regulations.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Audit Coordination: Coordinate internal audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Policy Development: Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to financial governance.
- Qualifications Required
- Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification.
- Strong Analytical Skills, with experience in project management and implementation of accounting software.
