Job Title: Patient Flow Coordinator

The Patient Flow Unit team is integral to achieving whole hospital flow, providing centralized coordination and allocation of patients to the appropriate bed both internal and external.

This position primarily covers a long-standing Night Duty vacancy with opportunities to rotate to the day/weekend Bed Manager role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work towards achieving right care, right place, and right time for all patients. Assume delegated responsibility for the campus after hours.
  • Manage daily fluctuations in demand and capacity management.
  • Deliver a service 24/7 to achieve the right care at the right time and in the right place.
