Job Title: Seasoned Customer Product Owner

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned customer product owner to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our marketing automation and loyalty platforms. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for managing the product backlog, working closely with business stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement.

About the Role:
  • Manage the product backlog across marketing automation, loyalty, and future customer-facing platforms.
  • Use performance data to refine workflows, campaigns, and customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to translate business needs into user stories.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance and deliver product capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise and scale existing platforms.
  • Lead the rollout of new loyalty features that align with evolving customer expectations.
  • C coach and support a team new to product practices.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a Product Owner or Product Management role.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and loyalty platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with loyalty programs and design.
  • Demonstrated success in identity resolution initiatives.
  • Strong experience working with data science and analytics teams.
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
