We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Health and Safety Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert health, safety, and security services to support the delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective work packs, including methodology and risk assessments.
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with organizational S&H policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and develop corrective actions.
- Conduct regular site audits to identify areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum Certificate 4 in Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) management or higher qualification in a relevant safety discipline.
- Extensive experience in a similar site-based role within the construction industry.
- An in-depth understanding of the Work Health and Safety Act and Regulations.
- Proven experience in implementing Safety Management Systems.
