Job Title: Product Acquisition Manager
">The Role:
This is a senior leadership position that oversees the entire product lifecycle from concept to delivery. You will lead a team responsible for developing and implementing product strategies that drive commercial success across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead product development, including design, costing, sampling, packaging, and testing
• Manage the critical path from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
• Direct range strategy and positioning to ensure competitiveness in global markets
• Conduct ongoing competitor analysis and identify new market opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage international product input and timing advantages
• Oversee QA systems, vendor compliance, and sustainability initiatives
Requirements:
Proven experience in senior product management or buying roles
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Technical expertise in product design and engineering
Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills
High level of commercial acumen and strategic thinking
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
