Are you a visionary leader looking to drive innovation and growth in a dynamic environment?

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineering manager to join our team.

This role will involve leading a team of 5-8 engineers with immediate growth potential, providing leadership, coaching, and support to balance technology, delivery, and outcomes in alignment with our group's objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leveraging your experience in engineering leadership to deliver large programs of work
  • Leading product development teams using Agile methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Experience working in complex system architectures, operations, and support structures
  • Delivering outcomes as part of a cross-functional group, using onshore/offshore delivery models and with 3rd party vendors and integrators

You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and supportive environment with genuine opportunities to innovate and grow.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in engineering leadership of multiple highly skilled technology teams
  • Strong cloud exposure with Azure
  • Market knowledge and experience of delivery and management of technology solutions
  • Stakeholder management skills
