Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and passionate server to join our team at Vineria Luisa. As a key member of our opening team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage your section during service and ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Prepare the restaurant for service, ensuring your section is fully stocked and cleaned.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by taking orders accurately and checking for dietary requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with both front-of-house and back-of-house staff to streamline service.

Requirements
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Fluent in English.
  • NSW RSA certification.
  • 12-36 months of premium dining experience as a server or formal hospitality studies completed.
  • Excellent memory for faces and ability to create rapport with customers.
  • Prior experience using POS for order taking.
  • Ability to work some evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

  • Italian food and wine knowledge.
  • Food and wine pairing experience.
  • Experience with SevenRooms or other online reservations platforms.
Duties
  • Ready the restaurant for service, ensuring your section is fully stocked and cleaned.

  • Take customer orders accurately and check for dietary requirements.
  • Process cash and card payments securely.
