We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as food and beverage servers. As a key member of our service staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences at our venues.

Your responsibilities will include providing friendly and efficient food and beverage service, maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our menu offerings, and collaborating with your colleagues to provide seamless service.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and service areas.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a food and beverage hospitality role
  • Knowledge of coffee, beverage, and food menu requirements
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Flexible availability to meet venue operating hours
  • Current RSA certification (or interim certificate)
