About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our Mental Health & Wellbeing Programs team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of operational management, business development and strategic planning.

Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing team of mental health professionals.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase service offerings.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and Executive Team to implement the Clinic's new Strategic Plan and extend the reach of mental health programs across Tasmania.
About You
  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and registration as a mental health professional with AHPRA.
  • Experience: Proven experience leading a service portfolio and working in the not-for-profit sector.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
