Senior Accounting Role

About the Job
  • Collaborate with partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner
  • Work with partners to provide tax planning and advisory services to clients
  • Assist with staff training, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
  • Lead and review the preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs
  • Lead and review the preparation of BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of companies and trusts
  • Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients
  • Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events
  • Help provide exceptional service to our clients
Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice
  • Chartered Accountant qualification or in progress
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similar
  • Expertise in accounting software, including MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, MYOB, and Xero
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Committed to providing exceptional service to our clients
  • Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic
