About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Home Lending Manager to join our team at ANZ Banking Group. As a key member of our Home & Investment Lending team, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers to achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers to coach them through the home loan journey and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Utilize your knowledge of the local market to identify opportunities and develop strategies to meet financial targets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective relationship building.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Contribute to a productive, supportive, and collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • Strong residential lending skills and experience, with a track record of building a successful pipeline and meeting financial targets.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and relationship building expertise.
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to effectively network to build customer and community connections.
  • Financial savvy, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills, coupled with great presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive attitude and the desire to be part of a productive, supportive, and collaborative team environment.
