As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This is a full-time permanent position with Monday to Friday hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm, with weekend rotation shifts available. We are looking for an individual who can provide top-notch customer service, work well in a team environment, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Offer expert advice and information on products to customers
  • Support customer queries and provide solutions
  • Maintain store displays and ensure a visually appealing store environment
  • Process and maintain customer orders

Requirements:

  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team and individually
  • Previous retail or trade experience required (minimum 2 years in fast-moving consumer goods)
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software
  • High motivation, enthusiasm, and ability to be a valuable teammate
