Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Financial Advice team in Camberwell.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the implementation of financial advice regarding superannuation, investments and insurance.
  • Organizing client meeting bookings.
  • Preparing for meetings and providing administrative support to advisers and staff.
  • Liaising with external providers and ensuring compliance with licensee standards.
  • Completing new business documentation for the implementation of financial advice.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within a financial planning firm is essential.
  • Experience with Xplan software is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail.
  • A positive, friendly nature with a can-do attitude.
