The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to drive the delivery phase of a major software platform project rollout aimed at enhancing sales and operational processes for our organisation.

As the Project Manager, you will collaborate with executive leadership, ensuring the project's success and alignment with business objectives.

This critical role will involve leading a cross-functional project team, managing budgets, and delivering on key project milestones.

You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of standardised customer management processes, improving data insights, and integrating key systems to enhance both customer and employee experiences.

This role is based out of our Newcastle office and the contract is initially for 6-8 months, with the possibility of long-term opportunities within the organisation based on performance.

Your Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years Project Management experience delivering enterprise software projects.
  • Strong knowledge of IT project management, project governance, change management and strong stakeholder engagement will be important.
  • Self-starter who is driven to succeed, an excellent communicator, with ability to present to C-level stakeholders, and work collaboratively with technical experts, vendors, and business leaders.
  • Highly experienced with one or more of the following AGILE, PRINCE2, PMBOK, with proven ability to embed agile ways of working into project delivery frameworks.
  • Experience within the manufacturing, heavy industry equipment or logistics industries would be favourable but not a deal breaker.
