Domain Engineering Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Domain Engineering professional to spearhead our Engineering Practice team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to develop, maintain, and support innovative solutions that address real-world challenges in the payments industry.

  • As part of the Domain Leadership team, partner on defining and executing technology strategies across the Domain as well as Enterprise Technology Service Practice strategies and pattern uplift.
  • Responsible for investigating and adopting new technologies and tools that can enhance processes, boost productivity, and reduce costs.
  • Ensure that the most appropriate toolkits are readily available to facilitate efficient delivery and operational support.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation and agility, provide clear processes and tool access for engineers to support the rapid prototyping of product ideas and features.
  • Monitor and generate reports on the health, capacity, and performance of systems, leveraging metrics and other indicators to detect potential issues or areas that require improvement.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering data analytics platforms.
  • Experience in designing data ingestion pipelines for scalable and efficient data flow.
