About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs in Doncaster.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting our premium health club membership to potential customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

You will work closely with our Group Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, conduct tours of our 5-star facilities, and build relationships with existing and new members.

We offer a competitive base salary, commission incentives, and superannuation, as well as flexible working hours and a fun, team-oriented culture.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a genuine passion for health and fitness, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will also need to be self-motivated, with a flexible approach to the working week and a drive to succeed.

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, optimistic, and has a can-do attitude, with a proven history of exceeding targets and a strong understanding of the sales cycle.

Requirements
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Consultant

  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service
