Human Resources Business Partner Role

Our organisation is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR practices and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing recommendations and solutions covering multiple areas of HR including resource planning, reward and recognition, performance, development, engagement, talent and succession, and communication and change.
  • Supporting the business with high-risk and complex people issues, conducting investigations, and resolving employee relations issues.
  • Partnering with leaders on business problems that require people data, insights, and solutions.
  • Providing advice to line managers on contemporary industrial and employee relations practices.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure consistency and alignment of HR programs and processes across the organisation.
  • Providing interpretation and counsel to leaders regarding policies, procedures, and processes relating to employees.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR generalist role.
  • Degree or tertiary qualification in HR or other relevant discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience working within a diverse, high-volume operational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with demonstrated experience in handling complex employee relations issues.
  • Experience delivering multi-mode communications to diverse and complex stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to identify new ways for HR to drive business performance.
  • Demonstrated initiative and strong decision-making skills.
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills.
