Main Responsibilities

  1. Daily banking - Accounts receivable functions
  2. Maintaining customer payment systems
  3. Reconcile customer incoming payments and report late transactions
  4. Complete routine customer follow-up to encourage regular on time payment
  5. Communicate with all necessary parties to resolve problem accounts and achieve maximum collections
  6. Weekly/Monthly reporting
  7. Maintaining branch records and documents
  8. Assist with supplier account setup & AP duties as required
  9. Undertaking QA internal audits & WHS documentation
  10. Point of contact for incoming accounts calls
  11. Reception coverage
  12. Ad-hoc branch administrative duties as requested

To Be Successful You Will Need

  1. An understanding / Knowledge of accounting concepts
  2. Accounts receivable experience is preferred but not essential
  3. Excellent written and oral communication skills
  4. Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel (Intermediate level)
  5. A positive attitude and the ability to take initiative and work as part of a small team
  6. A can-do attitude with a passion to finding solutions
  7. High attention to detail and level of accuracy
  8. Dynamics 365 experience is preferred but not essential
