We are seeking a skilled professional to lead test strategies and plans based on project requirements. This will also involve leading test execution and defect management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing and maintaining automation frameworks using data automation tools, Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured etc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing in creating solutions and approaches for proposals on QA for our customers. They will also be required to gather testing and data masking compliance requirements and translate them into actionable data management approaches.
This role requires strong capability in devising and implementing test data strategies and solutions. The ability to provide pre-sales support, including crafting proposals, solutions, and estimates is also essential.
Key Responsibilities- Lead program management efforts for Test Data Management initiatives.
- Develop and execute robust test data strategies and solutions tailored to specific project needs.
- Coordinate test data refresh and masking activities for enterprise applications.
- Gather testing and data masking compliance requirements and translate them into actionable data management approaches.
- Conduct customer and stakeholder meetings, driving technical discussions and ensuring effective coordination.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and track key performance indicators related to data quality and testing.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
- At least 10-15 years of experience with Information Technology.
- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
