The Financial and Client Services Administration Officer plays a critical role in supporting the Claims Management Group at Comcare. This position is responsible for providing client support functions, including handling claims calls, administrative tasks, and processing claim documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and accurate incapacity processing activities, including determining normal weekly earnings and processing Claim for Time off Work forms.
- Support debt recovery functions and assist in payments for claimants.
- Undertake administrative and processing tasks, including non-complex provider payment processing and accurate receipting and classification of claim documentation.
- Contribute to the achievement of key performance indicators for the Financial and Client Services team.
- Australian citizenship.
- Character clearance (police records check).
- Health clearance.
- Six months probationary period for new engagements.
- Security Clearance: Baseline.
